Cryotherapy Clinic

Starting from £50

Say goodbye to unwanted skin blemishes with fast, precise, and virtually painless cryotherapy using the CryoPen® O.

CryoPen® technology uses an ultra-fine jet of extreme cold (nitrous oxide) delivered at high pressure directly to the target tissue. This freezes the fluid inside the cells, destroying the lesion while leaving the surrounding healthy skin completely untouched. The procedure takes only seconds per spot with minimal discomfort, no downtime, and exceptional cosmetic results.

Advanced Cryotherapy with CryoPen®

Treatable Skin Lesions

The pinpoint accuracy of the CryoPen® O allows us to safely and effectively treat a wide variety of common benign (non-cancerous) skin conditions:

Skin Tags: Soft, hanging growths commonly found around the neck, armpits, chest, or groin.

Warts & Verrucae: Common viral skin growths, including stubborn verrucas on the feet.

Sun & Age Spots (Solar Lentigines): Flat, pigmented spots caused by sun exposure.

Milia: Small, white keratin-filled cysts often found on the face and around the eye area.

Cherry Angiomas: Small, bright red spots caused by clusters of blood vessels.

Seborrheic Keratoses: Raised, crusty, or wax-like brown/dark spots.

Tailored Treatment Packages

Every skin concern is unique. Because lesions vary in size, depth, and number, all our cryotherapy packages are tailored to the individual person.

During your initial consultation, we will perform a thorough skin assessment to examine your lesions, confirm suitability, and create a personalized plan tailored to your specific goals. Whether you need a single stubborn spot treated or full coverage for multiple skin tags, we build a custom package just for you.

What to Expect & Aftercare

Healing after CryoPen® treatment is straightforward, but following proper aftercare ensures the best cosmetic outcome:

Immediate Reaction: The treated area may feel slightly tender or appear red for a few hours immediately following treatment. A small blister may form, which is a normal part of the healing process.

Forming a Scab: Over the next few days, a small scab will form over the lesion. Allow this to heal and fall off naturally—do not pick or scratch the area, as this can cause scarring or infection.

Skin Recovery: Once the scab sheds, fresh new skin will be exposed, which may appear slightly pink. It will gradually fade to match your natural skin tone over the following weeks.

Sun Protection: Apply SPF 30+ broad-spectrum sunscreen to the treated area once healed to protect the new skin from pigmentation changes.

Activity: You can return to normal daily activities immediately. Avoid swimming, hot tubs, or heavy exercise for 24–48 hours if the area is tender or blistered.

Key Points

Cryotherapy can be a useful component of recovery and pain-management strategies when delivered by trained clinicians. Sessions are brief and designed to minimise risk while maximising the potential therapeutic response. We offer Wart/Mole & Skin tag treatments, allowing flexibility depending on your needs. Before starting, each client receives a health assessment to confirm suitability and identify any contraindications. Aftercare advice and ongoing monitoring help ensure treatments are safe and effective, and we collaborate with other healthcare providers where needed to support comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual.

Client Experience

Appointments begin with a short clinical screening and explanation of the procedure. You’ll be guided through clothing and safety measures, then monitored throughout the session. After treatment, we review any immediate responses and provide simple aftercare instructions. Most people tolerate sessions well and can resume normal activities quickly. If you have concerns or specific medical conditions, we’ll discuss alternatives and ensure the chosen approach aligns with your overall health plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions to help you prepare.
Is cryotherapy safe?
When performed under clinician supervision with proper screening, cryotherapy is generally safe. We follow strict protocols and assess each client beforehand to manage risks and contraindications.
How long are sessions?
Whole-body sessions are typically two to three minutes; localized treatments may be shorter. Session length is determined by clinical judgement and individual tolerance.
How many treatments will I need?
Treatment plans vary; some clients notice benefits after a few sessions while others follow a short course. We recommend an assessment to set realistic expectations and a tailored schedule.
Are there side effects?
Mild, temporary sensations such as numbness or redness can occur. Serious side effects are rare when protocols are followed. We screen for contraindications to reduce risk.
Do I need a referral?
A referral is not usually required for clinic access, but we welcome notes from your healthcare provider and will liaise with them if appropriate.
